Umberto Soletta Line
The name of this wine comes from Latin and is a reference to
the past, to what was, i. e. 'once, a long time ago'. It is believed,
that, in the nuragic era, the wines that were drunk were some
thing very similar to rosè.

Cultivation method: Runner system.
Density of the plantation: 5,000 plants/hr.
Year of plantation: 2002
Yield: 90 - 100 quintals.
Harvest period: October
Harvest type: Manual with 18 kg per each crate.
Vinification: Saing'e (bleeding) method.
Refining in the bottle: 3 months.
Alcohol content: 12,5% Vol.
Service temperature: 10/12 °C.
Flawour: Characterised by good typicity, with discrete varieties of scented nuances from the rose petals to the red berries of the undergrowth
Taste: Dry, warm, with a pleasant feeling of freshness and a good structure, nicely balanced and with an elegant finish.
Gastronomic combination: Cold cuts, pasta with tomato sauce, second courses with fish, white meats and fresh cheeses. Also superb as an aperitif.
