Altitude: 400 m above sea level
Soil: soft sandstone, yellow, gray, calcarifera, sandy.
Cultivation method: Runner system.
Density of the plantation: 5000 piante per ettaro.
Year of plantation: 1965 - 1975
Yield: 100 quintals.
Harvest period: mid September
Harvest type: Manual with 18 kg per each crate.
Vinification: in white with cold maceration of the grapes.
Ageing: 3 Mounths
Refining in the bottle: 12 Mounths
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Service temperature: 8/10 °C.
Colour: straw yellow
Flavour: hints of citrus and yellow fruit. Ben also present the typical floral notes of the grape.
Taste: fresh, balanced, they are perceived floral and fruity essences.
Gastronomic combination: excellent as an aperitif or paired with first courses of fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
